Three rules to know before your first send.
Meta sets these for every business on WhatsApp. We help you meet each one.
People opt in first
Only message people who said yes to hearing from your business. Anyone who asks to stop comes off your list.
Meta approves your wording
Meta checks each new template before you can use it. Then you reuse it with new names and times.
Your daily limit grows
You start at 250 people a day and move up the steps below. A list bigger than your limit takes more than one day.

WhatsApp's daily limit rises in steps: 250 people a day to start, 2,000 once verified, then 10,000, 100,000 and unlimited as you use it well.
Official route only. No modified apps and no WhatsApp Web automation, which WhatsApp says break its terms.
What do I need to start?
A list of people who said yes, and a WhatsApp Business account that Meta approves. We take you through Meta's business verification and set up your first templates with you. Meta does not allow a few kinds of business, so ask us if you are unsure.
How is this different from a broadcast list or bulk SMS?
A broadcast list in the WhatsApp Business app reaches at most 256 people, and only those who saved your number. Ryzera outbox reaches everyone who said yes, saved or not, up to your daily limit. Compared with bulk SMS, it arrives on WhatsApp under your business name, and you see who read it.
Is it a chatbot or AI?
No. It sends one-way messages from your business to your list. It does not chat with people.
What if I send more than my plan covers?
Extra messages cost LKR 900 per 1,000 on Starter, LKR 500 on Growth and LKR 250 on Business. If that happens every month, a bigger plan may cost less.
Can I pay yearly, change plan or stop?
Yes. Yearly is 15% off and paid in advance. On a monthly plan you can move up or down from the next month, or stop at the end of a month.
